AT listed in the IEP is not physically available in the classroom

Symptom: AT listed in the IEP is not physically available in the classroom

Symptom Group: AT is not present

Reason: No individual has taken responsibility for the AT.

Reason Group: Lack of common goal

Action: Meet with staff to determine why set up is being delayed. Assign specific tasks to all appropriate individuals
